Today’s Tip: “Travel Tissues” When You’re Sick
The next time you are feeling sniffy or flat-out have a cold, if you must go to *uuhhh* work blend some essential oils into some tissues and inhale them whenever possible all day long.
My personal favorite ‘feeling blah’ blend is lavender, lemon and eucalyptus. Any time I feel a bit ick these days I inhale each of these essential oils and instantly feel soooo much better!
