Italian Designer Creates Skirts From Upcycled Umbrellas

Italian designer Cecilia Felli has created one-of-a-kind skirts from upcycled umbrellas! Each skirt features original spokes and velcro straps and are one-size-fits-all due to an adjustable belt!
I will never look at an old umbrella the same way again….
