Carrie Underwood Loves Meat Substitute “Quorn”

Submitted by A Natural Day on Friday, 18 December 2009No Comment

carrie underwoodCountry star and vegetarian Carrie Underwood told Self magazine that her healthy eating regimen includes Quorn, a meat substitute made from a fungus but doesn’t taste like it!

“If I eat too much before a show I just want to sit down,” says Underwood. “Too little and I’m starving. So I eat something small, like Quorn, a tasty meat-free protein, and green beans.”  Very cool!
