lavenderThis simple lavender salad recipe is a great way to incorporate immunity-boosting lavender into your diet!

 Cut about 40 heads of lavender and detach the individual flowers from the spikes.

Arrange some radicchio leaves and thin avocado slices brushed with lemon juice on a platter, then sprinkle leaves and fruit with a lemony dressing.

Add the lavender flowers and serve.
